Delivery

Does Robert’s Drug Store deliver?

Robert’s Drug Store is proud to offer free delivery service to all customers in the local area. We will also ship medications wherever you may be, for an $8 fee to cover the cost of shipping.

What time will I get my delivery?

We cannot give out specific times for deliveries, as they can vary depending on many different factors. We can, however, do our best to get a delivery to you within a specific time frame. Please call with any questions you may have.

How late do you deliver?

We will attempt all delivery requests we have for that day. Generally speaking, deliveries are completed before 6pm.

I missed my delivery, what should I do?

If we attempt a delivery to your address and you are not home, or otherwise unavailable to sign for the medications, we will bring the delivery back to the pharmacy. We will not attempt to re-deliver the medications that same day. You can request to have the medicine delivered the following day, or pick the medication up at your convenience.

Compounding

Are you able to bill insurance for compounds?

We can bill any insurance for compounds that accepts billing for compounds. Otherwise, the patient is responsible for submitting claims form to their respective insurance company. We would be happy to assist you in this!

Are compounding medications safe?

Absolutely! We compound medications daily in our certified compounding laboratory. As in other aspects of pharmacy, our lab is regulated by the State Board of Pharmacy and the Federal Food and Drug Administration.

Can my child take compounded medications?

Children are one of the biggest benefactors to compounded medications. Most parents will readily admit to the inherent difficulties in getting their children to take medications that are either hard to swallow or bad tasting. Compounding can take both of these headaches away.

Hours

We are open Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, and open Saturdays 9am to 2pm.

Insurance

We take virtually ALL insurances. However, the only way to be positive is to either
A. Call your insurance company to verify, or
B. Bring your card down and we'll run it to verify we are an authorized provider.

If you are on a Medicare Part D plan, rest assured, we take all of them, including CVS/Caremark, Humana Wal-Mart Preferred, and Express Scripts.
